At Cricket Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused equipment and apparel. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the cricket gear you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring bats are padded and apparel is folded, then include your printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, making sure to cover any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
